Triplophyllum buchholzii (also called Buchholz's Triplophyllum, among many other common names) is a small, terrestrial, evergreen fern native to Mexico, Central America, and South America. It grows in moist, shady areas, such as in forests, and in moist, rocky areas.

Triplophyllum buchholzii has small, yellowish-green flowers. Its seeds are small and dark brown in color. Its seedlings are small and have long, narrow leaves.

Triplophyllum buchholzii is native to tropical Africa and can be found in parts of Cameroon, Congo, and Gabon.
