Pilea alfaroana (also called Alfaro's Clearweed, among many other common names) is a species of herb in the Urticaceae family. It is native to Central and South America. It is an annual herb with a short stem and a tuft of leaves. The leaves are opposite, simple, and glabrous. The flowers are small and green. It grows in tropical and subtropical moist forests.
