Tectaria incisa (also called Incised Tectaria, among many other common names) is a fern species native to the tropical and subtropical regions of Africa, Asia, Australia, and the Americas. It is an epiphyte, meaning it grows on other plants, and is found in moist, shady habitats such as tropical forests.

Tectaria incisa has small, yellow-green flowers that are arranged in clusters. The seeds are small, dark brown and are dispersed by wind. The seedlings have a single, upright leaf with a pointed tip.
