Saxifraga subternata (also called 'Subternate Saxifrage', among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to the Himalayas and the mountains of Central Asia. It grows in rocky crevices and on cliffs, in alpine meadows and grasslands, and on scree slopes.
