Description
Polygonum bidwelliae (also called Bidwell's Knotweed, among many other common names) is an annual or perennial plant native to California. It has a basal rosette of lanceolate leaves and a tall, erect stem with small white flowers. It grows in moist, grassy areas, such as riverbanks, meadows, and roadsides.
Flower, Seeds and Seedlings
Polygonum bidwelliae has small, white flowers with five petals and five sepals. The seeds are small and black. The seedlings have long, narrow leaves.
