Phyllanthus hosokawae (also called 'Hosokawa's phyllanthus', among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the family Phyllanthaceae. It is found in the tropical rainforest of the Amazon basin in South America, and is a shrub or small tree that grows up to 5 m tall. It is found in tropical moist lowland forests and seasonally flooded forests.
