Description
Rotala pterocalyx (also called Rotala indica, among many other common names) is an aquatic plant native to India, Sri Lanka, and Myanmar. It has an upright growth habit, with small, oval-shaped leaves that are arranged in whorls. It prefers to grow in shallow, still water, such as ponds, marshes, and slow-moving streams.
