Geniostoma hirtellum (also called Hairy Geniostoma, among many other common names) is an evergreen shrub or small tree that typically grows up to 5 m tall. It is native to the tropical rainforests of India, Sri Lanka, and Indonesia. It prefers moist, shady habitats, such as along riverbanks and in valleys.
