Description

Inga rubiginosa (also called rusty inga, among many other common names) is a medium-sized tree native to tropical South America. It grows to a height of up to 20 meters and has a trunk diameter of up to 1 meter. Its leaves are alternate, pinnate, and up to 30 cm long. It is found in moist forests, riverine forests, and secondary forests.
