Carex otomana (also called Ottoman Sedge, among many other common names) is a species of sedge native to Turkey. It is found in wet meadows, marshes, and bogs, at elevations of up to 1000 meters. It has a tufted habit, with narrow, green leaves and small, yellow-brown flowers.
