Description
Carex dissita (also called Dissected Sedge, among many other common names) is a perennial sedge of the family Cyperaceae. It is native to North America, where it is found in wet meadows, wet woods, and along streams and lakes. It has a spreading, rhizomatous habit, with linear leaves and small, yellow-brown flowers.
