Description
Alsophila rubiginosa (also called the Rusty Alsophila, among many other common names) is a species of tree fern native to the tropical rainforests of India and Sri Lanka. It has a slender trunk, reaching up to 8 meters in height, with a crown of large, arching, bipinnate fronds. It is found growing in moist, shady areas, such as along stream banks and in ravines.
