Description

Handroanthus pumilus (also called Ipê-pumila, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the family Bignoniaceae. It is native to Brazil and is found in tropical and subtropical forests. It is a small tree with a straight trunk and a rounded crown. The leaves are pinnate and the flowers are white.
