Description
Taraxacum apiculatoides (also called Common Dandelion, among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant of the family Asteraceae. It is native to Europe, Asia, and North America, and can be found in meadows, pastures, and other grasslands. It has a basal rosette of leaves, and yellow flowers with a diameter of 1-2 cm.

Taraxacum apiculatoides is used as an ornamental plant in gardens and landscapes, and is also used to make herbal teas, which are believed to have medicinal properties such as anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial effects.
