Colobanthera waterlotii (also called Waterlot's Colobanthera, among many other common names) is a shrub of the Asteraceae family. It has a woody stem and its leaves are ovate to lanceolate. It is native to the Andes of Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Venezuela. It grows in humid montane forests, between 2,000 and 3,500 meters above sea level.
