Mitrephora wangii (also called Wang's Mitrephora, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the Annonaceae family. It is native to the Philippines, where it is found in Palawan. It grows in primary and secondary forests, at elevations of up to 1,000 m (3,281 ft).

The flower of Mitrephora wangii is a yellow, bell-shaped flower with five petals. The seed is a small, black, oval-shaped nut. The seedlings are small, green, and have a single, round leaf.
