Herpetacanthus rotundatus (also called Round Herpetacanthus, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the family Acanthaceae. It is an evergreen shrub with a stem that can reach up to 2 m in height. It is native to South America and is found in tropical forests, disturbed sites, and along roadsides.

Cultivation and Propagation

Herpetacanthus rotundatus can be propagated by seed or division. Sow seeds in spring or autumn in a cold frame.
