Description
Encephalosphaera puberula (also called the puberula cycad, among many other common names) is a species of cycad native to South Africa. It is a medium-sized cycad with a single stem, up to 4 m tall, and a crown of up to 8 leaves. Its leaflets are lanceolate, up to 50 cm long and 2 cm wide. It is found in coastal forest and grassland habitats.
